Happy Memorial Day!

There was a great talk in church on Sunday that contained information on the creation of Memorial Day and what it means. The speaker encouraged our ward to make sure those who have lost their lives for our freedom have had their temple work done and that we seek our records to ensure they have been cared for. This is a great idea and I would like to post his recommendation. What a blessing to live in this land of freedom and have the blessings of the Gospel!!!

I find that when I miss church for a week, I feel a little out of sorts. My next week is a little more unorganized and I'm just a bit more cranky.

Follow Up on Wedding...

Just to follow up on my friend's wedding...it was gorgeous! She was amazing and her hubby is fabu! The extended families behaved themselves well, the decor was amazing, and the bride was fabulous! Congrats to them for finding each other and taking that next step...I am excited to support them in their new role.
